How Our Process Works
1. Site Review And Plan
We begin with a brief walkthrough to confirm scope, access, utilities, surface types, and any priority areas. We note sensitive finishes like soft-stone counters, specialty glass, or unfinished wood, so we can match the right tools and products. You receive timing estimates and any prep requests, such as clearing tools or turning on HVAC for dust control.
2. Rough Clean To Cut The Dust
The first pass targets thick debris and high-volume dust. We remove packaging, sweep and HEPA vacuum floors, wipe ledges and trims, and open cabinet doors and drawers to release settled dust. This step sets the stage for the fine-detail passes and helps keep the air clearer while other trades finish their items.
3. Detail And Finish Cleaning
Detail work makes the difference. We clean appliance interiors, polish fixtures, remove labels and light paint specks, and clean glass inside and out where accessible. Tracks, hinges, and hardware are brushed and wiped. Bathrooms are sanitized and polished. Floors are vacuumed and mopped per manufacturer guidance for materials like LVP, hardwood, tile, or stone.
4. Quality Check And Handover
